The Astros acquired Evan Reifert from the Rays, and José Berríos reportedly chose to stay with the Blue Jays.

These are previously unreported items from the offseason review, not necessarily moves made today:

• Tampa Bay traded right-hander Evan Reifert to Houston for cash on November 2, according to the MLB transactions feed.
• Sportsnet reports that Berríos did not exercise his opt-out, leaving the pitcher under contract with Toronto for the final two years of his deal.
