Claude Duet access comes with a saved reset, according to an Anthropic staff member; availability and expiry details remain uncertain.

On October 25, an Anthropic employee wrote, “access comes with a banked reset,” in a post posted on X by @gabemulley. The post does not specify which limits it clears or when it expires. A third-party tracker reports a reset for some US Duet preview users, while another tracker reports no current Claude reset among its participating accounts; these are not the same as a staff eligibility statement.

An earlier, separate reset announced for Pro, Max and Team in September expired October 22 at 9 a.m. Pacific, according to a reminder posted on X by @lydiahallie. That reminder identified Settings → Usage as the place to use it.

Ordinary account reset timing is separate and unaffected by these announcements. Check Settings → Usage or Claude Code’s /usage for your account’s own limits and timing. Anthropic’s plan information describes the current five-hour and weekly limits.
