Tibo’s “Banked 2/2” post is now corroborated by an X mirror and a separate monitor. No newer reset announcement found.

The second banked-reset post is dated November 2, 07:27 Taipei time (November 1, 23:27 UTC), following “Banked 1/2.” This supports completion of the two promised banked resets—not confirmation that every account received them.
